Apply restrictions to your documents with our embedded digital rights system. Add passwords, disallow printing, or disallow users ability to cut/copy content from within your documents.

Rename and Split your files

The software reads each page of your documents and finds barcodes contained anywhere on the pages. Use this data to create folders to classify your documents (Patient names, vendor names, etc.) or even rename the files to the barcode strings to add meaning to your file names. You can even have it create new documents every time a barcode or specific barcode value is found to split a single document into many separate files.
